Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 30 business days.

Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and any licenses granted are revoked.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or competent courts as determined by NEXALION.

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
