Refunds may be granted for services purchased directly through nexalion.pro. The request must relate to a service that has not been fully delivered or activated.
Only the original purchaser is eligible to request a refund. Proof of payment is required.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Requests received after this period may not be eligible unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
To request a refund, contact NEXALION with your order number, purchase date, and a clear explanation of the reason for the request.
We review all requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If work has already commenced, refunds may be partial and calculated based on the portion of services completed.
Administrative or transaction fees charged by payment providers may be deducted where legally permitted.
Customized, personalized, or fully delivered services are generally non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction arising from changes in business circumstances unrelated to our service performance.
